CrewView SMS Alerts

Program Description

The CrewView SMS Alerts program is operated by Blackthorn IP, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), the operator of the CrewView mobile application and the website application located at app.crewview.com (collectively, the "Service"). The program enables construction companies that license the Service to send operational text message notifications to their employees and crew members. Messages may include project updates, schedule and timecard reminders, clock-in and clock-out reminders, asset and equipment assignments, safety notices, inspection reminders, and general company announcements.

How to Opt In

Recipients are enrolled in the CrewView SMS Alerts program when an administrator at the recipient's employer creates the recipient's user account in the CrewView platform and the recipient consents to receive text messages. The opt-in disclosure presented at activation reads:

"By joining this Crew View roster and enabling SMS alerts, I agree to receive recurring text notifications regarding projects, time tracking, assets, and company news. Message and data rates may apply. Messages will be sent periodically based on project needs. Reply HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the operational needs of the recipient's employer and the recipient's role on the job. Recipients may receive messages on any day of the week.

Message and data rates may apply. Recipients are responsible for any charges incurred from their mobile carrier in connection with sending or receiving messages under this program. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt Out

You may opt out of the CrewView SMS Alerts program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, you may receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive further messages from the program. To resubscribe, reply START.

Supported Carriers

The CrewView SMS Alerts program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected through the CrewView SMS Alerts program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your phone number or use it for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date these Terms were last modified is identified at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the CrewView SMS Alerts program after we revise these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
