CrewView Customer Agreement

This agreement covers the plans that Blackthorn IP, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") offers for the CrewView mobile application and the website application located at web.crewview.com (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to every organization ("you") that uses the Service. Text message notifications are covered separately by our SMS Terms of Service, and personal information by our Privacy Policy.

Plans

The Service is offered on a Free plan and on a paid Pro plan. The Free plan is limited in the number of users, projects and assets it can hold. The current limits and features of each plan are listed on our pricing page.

Pro Billing

Pro is billed at $29 per active user per month, with a minimum of $290 per month that covers up to 10 active users. A user is active in a month if they log in, clock in or out, submit a form, inspect an asset, report task progress, or are assigned work or an asset during that month.

When you subscribe, your payment method is charged the $290 base fee, prorated for the rest of that month. After that, you are billed on the 1st of each month (UTC) for the $290 base fee plus $29 for each active user above 10 in the month just ended.

Data on Free Accounts

The Free plan is provided without any obligation on our part to retain your projects, records, files or other data. We may delete data held in a Free account at any time. If your organization's data matters to you, keep your own copy or move to Pro.

Data on Paid Accounts

While your organization is on a paid plan, we retain all of its projects, records, files and other data. That includes months in which few or none of your users are active, such as an off season.

No Downgrade from Paid to Free

Once your organization moves to a paid plan, it cannot move back to the Free plan. In a month when 10 or fewer of your users are active, such as during a seasonal slowdown, you pay the $290 monthly minimum; your bill does not fall below it. Your data stays retained as described above.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The date it was last modified is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after we revise this agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
