Children Under the Age of 16

The App and Website are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect information from and about users of our App and Website:

Automatically when you use the App or Website.

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use the App or Website, we may ask you to provide information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, credit card information, billing information, driver's license number, and other identifiers by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information").

Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

SMS Messaging

If you choose to provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us, we may use this number to send you important information related to your account, services, projects, tasks, assets, updates, alerts, or other communications.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from CrewView, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

– Consent to Receive Messages: You authorize CrewView to send text messages to the number you provide. Message frequency may vary depending on your use of our services.

– Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send a STOP message, we may send a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

– Help Information: If you need assistance with the messaging service, contact us at support@crewview.com.

– Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred.

– Data Use: Your phone number and any content related to messaging will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy.

– Third-Party Services: Messaging may be handled through third-party service providers, who are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

We will never sell your phone number or use it for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

When you download, access, and use the App or access and use the Website, they may use technology to automatically collect:

Usage Details. When you access and use the App or Website, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App or Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App or Website.

Targeted Advertising by the Company. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences or to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, you can always adjust your user advertising preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to support@crewview.com.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App or Website and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at support@crewview.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the App or Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App or Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App or Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms and conditions.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App or Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App or Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App or Website like message boards. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure.
